Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive, you will be identifying the potential leads, reaching out to leads, make an effort to convert to lead as a customer.

Job Description

  • Identify potential clients through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Contact potential clients to understand their business needs and introduce our IT outsourcing services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and discussions to showcase the value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the technical and solutions teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions that address clients' specific requirements.
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients in a compelling manner.
  • Negotiate to finalize contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in foreign countries.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team based on client interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and legal, to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery of services.
  • Communicate client expectations and requirements to the relevant departments.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, marketig or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successful sales conversion in an international setting, preferably in the IT outsourcing industry. 
  • Strong understanding of global markets and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Familiarity with the IT services and solutions.
